This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has high-end furniture, fast wifi, 4 flat screens and 2 free parking spots with street parking when available. Our Community offers all of these amenities included in your rental and free putt-putt too! Enjoy our natural wood-burning fireplace and large porch to take in the sunset through the trees. We do not rent to under 25.
Good to know
I am pet friendly and the house is always thoroughly cleaned before we welcome new guests. Please let me know if you will be bringing a pet.
House Rules
Quiet hours are 10pm until 8am. No parties or events allowed. At least one person over the age of 25 must be present at all times during your stay. IDs will be checked. Only 2 pets are allowed with permission from your host. All pets must be crated while unsupervised. Excessive pet hair or waste left behind will result in an extra charge. No pets are allowed in the beds. If you use the grill, it must be cleaned for the next guest. Thanks for your cooperation.

The key for the swimming pool, tennis and putt putt is in the Good Vibes Only box located on the desk as soon as you walk in.
