House Rules
All windows and doors must stay closed when using air conditioning or heating. Damages or needed repairs must be reported right away. Smoking is only permitted outside. If the amenities key is lost, there will be a $250.00 charge. Please report the missing key right away so I can deactivate it and get you a new one. Failure to keep the door closed while the AC is on will result in a frozen system and you will not have air conditioning.
